Villas Pinares de San Anton, is a complex of 6 luxury villas constructed in 2024. Located in a privileged and exclusive mountainous location of Pinares de San Anton in Malaga city, with magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea, the port, Malaga city and the greenery of the mountain itself. The villas are accessed via Avenida San Anton and Calle Bouganvilleas and all villas provide secure parking for 2-3 cars. There is full air conditioning and underfloor heating for those few short winter months. Each bedroom has its own fast wired and WiFi internet and ample workspace. Each villa has a salt-water pool available all year round to cool off in the summer or those adventurous winter dippers ! Each villa has two terraces around the pool area and the kitchen area which are suitable for dining, sunbathing, relaxing with friends, family, etc. Each villa also has a solarium located on the roof terrace with spectacular sea views, Malaga City & Port and the mountains. No matter how many guests you are hosting, you will always find a private area to relax . In the cooler Autumn and Winter evenings, there are spectacular sunsets and views all the way to Morocco.

Pinares de San Anton is located in Malaga Este, approximately 2.5km from the beaches of Pedregalejo and El Palo, together with all the trendy restaurants, cafés, bars, nightlife, shopping, and more that these districts offer. The neighbourhood is a protected pine forest on the southern slope of the mountains of San Antón and offers hiking to the famous cross of San Antón (Cruz en el Monte San Antón), one of the highest points in Malaga. Pinares de San Anton is very centrally located with many cultural and sporting amenities nearby, for example the airport (21km, 20 mins), the centro historico (9km, 10–15 mins), El Candado Golf Club (5km, 10 mins), Club de Tennis/Padel (600m, 8 min walk), and more. The neighbourhood has 24/7 private security patrolling daily, and it also holds the famous Club de Tennis, a short walk from the property. There are frequent bus services to the El Palo neighbourhood and the city centre. Although taxis and Ubers are easy and cheap, all within minutes, we recommend hiring a car if you plan to explore extensively. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential district where, under no circumstances, are parties permitted. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 11 pm to 8 am. A car is recommended if you are planning to explore a lot, while taxis are easy to find and economical, costing around eur10–15 to the city centre.
