Just outside Ciutadella de Menorca lies the luxurious Villa Xipell 9 in a quiet residential area with little traffic. The modern holiday home with light-flooded rooms has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors and offers space for 6 people. From the bedroom on the first floor you have direct access to the upper sun terrace. There is also Wi-Fi, fans, a washing machine, air conditioning (only in the bedrooms) and a television at your disposal. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired with its terrace with awning and barbecue as well as a large pool with sun loungers. Here or on the terrace on the first floor, from which you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean surroundings, you can enjoy relaxing holidays. The nearest small supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Ciutadella de Menorca with numerous restaurants, shops and bars is only a few minutes' drive away. The nearest sandy beach is 600 m away and reachable in a few minutes by car or in less than 10 minutes on foot. Parking spaces are available on the street. Please note that the homeowner lives in the basement of the villa, which has a separate entrance and comes by daily between 7:00 and 8:00 to water the plants and clean the swimming pool.
