Established since 1990. We checked our villas every year in detail to avoid any incidents during renting periods and a detail control after each renting. Our aim is that our customer enjoy their holidays without incidents. Our photos correspond to reality. We also offer additional services to make the holidays of our guests an unforgettable and personalized experience: private paella chef, breakfast cook, supermarket shop, additional cleaning, taxi and airport transfer, boat sailings, ticket shop (of events, museums, futbol games, personal trainer, personal massages, beauty sessions, baby sitter... Also enjoy stays out of season: Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. It is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March or long-term rentals from 1 month to 5 months.

Villa located in a residential area of Vilanova i la Geltru (Tennis Area), very quiet and quiet. Villa for 12 people, 5 large rooms, one of which is on the ground floor (double bed) with adjoining bathroom. Oriented South-East-, it is a very sunny villa. Completely renovated in May 2019. COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA: Zona Tenis de Vilanova: One of the most well-kept urbanizations in this city. With many pines, a spectacular view. Tennis Club, 2 sports clubs in the same urbanization with tennis court, etc... The centre of Sitges is 12 minutes away by car. The beaches of Vilanova (Miramar) are 15 minutes walk away. We recommend that you have a car to move more easily and quickly. In the street you can park without difficulties. There is an interior private parking area to park 1 or 2 cars. But the garage is not available for parking cars. The Villa is 12 minutes drive from the centre of Sitges.
