Located in the quiet urbanization of Santa Susanna, three-storey and spacious 210 m Villa Miramar is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Each balcony of the Villa offers stunning panoramic sea views. On the main floor of the villa there is a living room with a large 65” Smart TV and a dining area. From this room there is access to the terrace with a dining table,barbecue area and small garden with pond. At midday, it is very pleasant to dine here in the shade overlooking the sea. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom (bed is convertible into two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. One floor above there are two double bedrooms: one specious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower has access to a balcony. Another double bedroom with double bed and garden view. One more bathroom with bidet and bathtub is located at the same floor. On the lower floor you will find a private 4x8m pool with a wooden deck and stunning sea views! At the pool level is the the 4th bedroom. This room is one large space with one double bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned. WiFi is available throughout the property free of charge
