Hello! We are the Evans twins, named Lucas and Sergio. Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy a 5-star stay and leave wanting to repeat. Our motivation is that our guests can enjoy themselves 100% knowing that we will do everything possible to solve any problem that may arise.

Magnificent villa recently renovated in the Andalusian style. 5 min walk from the beach. Private garage and air conditioning. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terraces with sea views, pool with hammocks, 65" smart tv, ping-pong, darts, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, weber bbq and more. El Castillo urbanization, next to CC Miramar and the Sohail Castle (Mare Nostrum fest) We have beds for 12 people with folding beds: 1 double, 2 bunk beds, 2 sofa beds and 3 extra individual mattresses. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 with a new double sofa bed. In the west area of ​​the house is the swimming pool, the terrace with a Weber barbecue and the terrace with a pergola, perfect for being in the shade while enjoying the sea views and you can watch the children who are in the pool. It also has a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 living rooms. In one living room there is a 65'' smart TV, 1 sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs and in the other a 2m table (12 people) perfect for family or friends gatherings, with another 42" TV. In the eastern part of the house, there is another terrace with sea views, where we have the ping pong table, as well as gardens and the garage. Under the house there is an apartment where Angelo lives, an elderly man who takes care of the house when it is empty and is in charge of maintaining the pool. To access his apartment, he uses the exterior door of the villa but does not share any common area with the guests. He is very kind and respects privacy a lot.
