This one bedroom apartment is located on the top at the Moro Manco hill and has a stunning sea views. It is in the quiet part of Mojacar, away from the noise of the terrace music and the heavy traffic typical of the summer holiday period. It was renovated and furnished in 2023 with all necessary for your comfort and well-being. The complex is equipped with a large summer swimming pool, winter pool with jacuzzi, elevator, free parking, 10 - 15 minutes walking down to the beach. Ideal for the golf players, the golf course is just 5 minutes walking. From the property it takes 8 - 10 minutes by car to the city centrum or to the nearest supermarket. The multiple restaurants and cafes located along the sea in both Mojacar and Garrucha can be easily reached by car in about 10 minutes.
Friendly and enthusiastic, ready to help with information or if anything is needed, Tanita will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible and leave you with beautiful memories. She can be contacted at any time because she lives in the same complex. Easy to communicate with her in English, Dutch or Spanish.
Not far from our urbanization is Garrucha a cozy fisherman town with lots of restaurants and cafe's serving a large range of fresh fish and seafood specialties. There are local markets in Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera, Villaricos and others. At 15 minutes drive from Mojacar is Aquavera water park. The route to Carboneras is amazing, with stunning landscapes and curvy roads with different view at every corner. The most interesting attraction is Cabo de Gata which is one of the natural jewels in Andalusia. This nature reserve is located on one of the most beautiful and ecologically rich coastal strips in the western Mediterranean. With its beautiful pueblos and stunning, unique coves and beaches, Cabo de Gata attract every year a large influx of tourists. Mojacar playa has a very easy accessibility. Along the main street Paseo del Mediterraneo which is parallel with the sea you can chose the beach you like or one of the many restaurants or bars that are spread on both side of the road. Parking place is easy to find and is free of charge. Mojacar pueblo is rated as one of the most beautiful 10 villages in Spain. With its white houses, maze of narrow beautiful streets, every corner captivates and shows both the privacy of the past and the most beautiful horizons from viewing points. The wonderful surroundings offer great routes for the hikers or cycling lovers.
