This impressive house is located in the heart of the historic center of Benidorm, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach. All three levels are for your use only. On the first level there is a garage and a toilet, on the second there is a kitchen, a living room and 2 bedrooms with a toilet and a shower, on the third there is terrace, a dining area, sun loungers and a toilet with a shower. The house has a very spacious living room combined with a modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, each of the rooms is equipped with separate air conditioning, and there is a washing machine and dryer. From the living room there is access to an internal terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, which can comfortably accommodate an additional number of guests. From the apartment an internal staircase leads to a large open terrace with a sitting area and a bathroom with shower. This way you can enjoy the sun and the city without even leaving your home. On the ground floor of the house there is a large garage for two cars. There is a bathroom in the garage. The peculiarity of the house is that it is located on a very quiet street and at the same time within walking distance of the most famous tapas bars and restaurants in Benidorm, 50 meters from a large supermarket. A few meters from the house there is the main church of Benidorm and the famous observation deck over the sea, which is the hallmark of the city. In 2023 the house was completely renovated. This is a unique offer for those who simultaneously appreciate the high level of comfort of living and the historical atmosphere of this place. Your stay in Benidorm will be unforgettable!
