Confirming your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions:
You must pay a €100 security deposit per stay and apartment.
The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 business days of departure, provided no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been followed.
The security deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your arrival date, or your reservation will be canceled with a fee. Reservations made on the day of arrival must be made as soon as possible.
Payment of the security deposit after this deadline carries a non-refundable €40 penalty.
APARTMENT RULES:
1. Parties are prohibited in the apartment.
2. Noise is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
3. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, building, and terraces.
4. Littering or littering the stairs or terrace of the building is prohibited.
5. Access to the building, apartment, or terrace is prohibited for more people than indicated in the reservation (including visitors).
6. Respect the apartment's check-in and check-out times (until 11:00 AM).
7. Be respectful, polite, and courteous to the neighbors.
8. Obstructing, covering, or disconnecting the video surveillance cameras is prohibited.
9.- Towels and sheets may not be used outside the apartment (not at the pool or beach).
A violation of any of these rules will result in the loss of the deposit paid.
