SATURDAYS: the keys will be collected in a letter box with a code, located at the key collection address.

Departure time from the flats is 10:00h at the latest.

- Towels: 25€ set of 5 shower towels (to be paid in cash).
- Swimming pool: 5€/day per flat + a cash deposit of 30€, which is returned when the pool passes are handed over. The swimming pools are seasonal, from June 15th to September 15th.
One (1) pet allowed, supplement for the whole stay 50€.
No air conditioning, parking or wifi.
Guests must pay a deposit of 150€ by credit card, cash is not accepted.
After departure, the flat is subject to inspection by Alquileres Peñiscola, the deposit will be returned to the same card within 7 days.
The photographs of the interiors are examples of the variety of flats we have available. They are assigned according to planning, so we cannot guarantee a specific height, view or flat.

The customer will have to pay 100% of the total price in advance within 14 days before the arrival date.
