High season in March-May. 5***** 😍 You get Tønder's best location right in the heart of Tønder with a view of a large park, the Vidåen and Tøndermarsken. The house is only 200 meters from the pedestrian street. The town house is from 1850, but was modernized in 2024 with underfloor heating in the kitchen, utility room and bathroom. You get 105 m2 on the 2nd floor. Tønder town is rich in culture, history and music and has a beautiful pedestrian street with many different shops, cafes and restaurants

Tønder town is rich in culture, history and music (Tønder Festival – last week in August). Tønder's beautiful pedestrian street with many different shops, cafes and restaurants is also worth a visit. There are 4 good restaurants within 300 meters. See manual! The phenomenon of the 'Black Sun' can be experienced in March-April and again in September-October, when 100,000 starlings dance in the sky just before sunset. The lovely and beautiful island – Rømø, with Europe's widest and largest beach is only 40 minutes away by car. The German island of Sylt (Sylt – Germany's answer to Monaco) can also be visited within 1 hour by car and train from Niebøll.
