Property information

Great comfortable apartment directly in the city centre, located between the tram stops Marktplatz and Kronenplatz. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, university (KIT) and tram stop are just around the corner! The location is perfect. The apartment is ideal for up to 9 people, whether you want to study, work or just go on holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, pots and pans, microwave oven, coffee machine etc. Two single beds can be put together as double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The key box allows a flexible check-in. BILLING: If you need an invoice, please let me know the billing address and an email address to which I can send the invoice. Thank you! The use of the apartment for purposes other than accommodation is expressly prohibited. In particular, this includes any commercial or illegal use. In the event of a breach, a contractual penalty of at least 250 Euros will be due, further claims for damages remain reserved. Please note that a violation of the house rules can lead to a cancellation of your booking!
