Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in unserer modernen, und komfortablen ausgestatteten behindertenfreundlichen Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet. Die Küchenzeile kann allerdings mit einem Rollstuhl nicht befahren werden. Die 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der Ostseeresidenz im 1 Obergeschoß. Sie kann leicht über einen der 4 vorhandenen Aufzüge oder über das Treppenhaus erreicht werden. Vom Balkon aus können Sie direkt auf den kleinen Hafen und die Ostsee sehen In unserem Apartment sind Alle Türöffnungen 81/82 cm breit. Die Toilettensitzhöhe beträgt 51 cm. Das Waschbecken ist mit Rollstuhl unterfahrbar. Der Badezimmerspiegel ist vom Rollstuhl einsehbar. Toilette und Duschbereich ist mit Haltegriffen versehen. Die Sitzhöhe des Badehockers beträgt 52 cm. Das Badezimmer ist barrierefrei. Die Liegehöhe des Doppelbettes im Schlafzimmer beträgt 55 cm. Rollstuhlrampe im Wohnbereich um Balkon mit Rollstuhl erreichen zu können. Runder Esstisch im Wohnbereich; keine Tischbeine im Weg. Alle Stühle haben Armlehnen. SAT-TV und Radio vom Rollstuhl aus erreichbar. Gebäudeeingangstür mit elektronischem Schlüssel von außen zu öffnen, von innen mittels einer Öffnungstaste. Personenaufzug vorhanden Für Notfälle im Gebäude ist ein Hausmeister anwesend.
