Children's room with bunk bed (mattress length 160cm). 1 bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC on the upper floor. Direct access from the house to the private terrace with seating furniture, gas barbecue and lawn (partially fenced). Washing/drying machine available. Ironing board/iron available. WLAN and Internet TV free of charge.
Bicycle/motorcycle cellar accessible via separate outside entrance. 3 free parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Non-smoking house. No pets allowed. Children's high chair / baby crib (up to 15kg) / socket fuse available free of charge on request. Bed linen and towels available free of charge on request. Final cleaning included.
