Shoes: Kindly remove your shoes inside to maintain cleanliness. Security: Always lock the main entrance when entering or leaving. No smoking: Smoking is prohibited, even on the balcony. A 200 EUR fine applies for violations. No wet wipes in toilets: Violations incur a 500 EUR fine, or 1200 EUR if the pump needs replacing. No parties: Hosting parties results in a 500 EUR penalty. No pets: Pets are not allowed, and a 200 EUR fine will apply. Registered guests only: A fine of 200 EUR/day per unregistered guest applies, including visitors. Energy-saving: Please turn off lights when not needed and keep the AC set above 18°C with windows closed. No unauthorized recordings: Audiovisual recordings or photos for business purposes without permission result in a 10,000 EUR fine. Keys: Keep keys safe, as replacements cost 100 EUR each. Follow instructions for returning them upon checkout. Late check-out/early check-in: Available for 20 EUR, subject to availability. Staying past 11:00 am incurs a 100 EUR/hour fee. Check-in/out: Check-in is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is by 11:00 am. Excessive mess: A 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for excessive mess beyond standard cleaning.
