Feel relaxed and rejuvenated with a stay in this sea-inspired 2 bedroom/1 bath condo- in the best location in Coco! The prettiest part of Coco beach is 400m away - just across the street. This unit is ready for you- and directly next door you will find two Pueblito Plazas, which feature restaurants, doctor’s offices, a café, a mini grocery store, a spa and more. Travelling to and from the condo is a breeze, as it is less than 20 minutes from the Liberia airport. Free parking available on-site.

The Las Palmas neighborhood is one of the town’s most famous areas. It is well-known for its lush landscaping and 24/7 security. All condos located in the area are a maximum of a 5-minute walk away from the beach. One of Las Palmas residents’ favorite plazas is Pueblito (North and South). The two plazas comprise of various restaurants, offices, a coffee shop, and a grocery store. The main strip of the town is only a 5-minute walk either on the main road or on the beach.
