Amazing views is situated at 1.200 metros altitude in a mountain close to Atenas, considered by the National Geography the best climate in the world. The views are mesmerize to the east you have the sunrise light and you can see San Jose the Football Stadium and far away 4 volcanos Irazu, Poas, Arenal , Turriabalda. to the South you have the mountains of Puriscal North you see little villages like Palmares, San Ramon, San Isidro and Mountains. The property is very quite no neighbors just the cows a horse and some times we have visits from the cappuccino monkeys. At the entrance of the property there is a casita where the care taker and wife reside
John is Swiss from Lausanne ,He is an accomplished photographer and had several exhibitions around the world. He is very quite . He has a great knowledge about Costa Rica history customs and activities. . He speaks French, English an Spanish. Guida is Portuguese born but lived a great part of her life in New York where she was a real estate broker.She is easy to access and is always there to help and resolve problems. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French. English, Italian and German
Atenas is famous for having one of the finest climates in the world. In fact, some years ago National Geographic magazine proclaimed that Atenas had the best climate in all the world. The town is located along and off of highway3 which is one of the main streets. At the center of Atenas there is a small but wonderful palm lined park with paved walkways and many benches . The park is surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the Catholic Church. Getting here is not that difficult as most of the main roads are paved. There are hills to climb and winding roads and lots of beautiful scenery.We are 35 minute from Escazu a suburb of the Capital , with urban life Shops, galleries, restaurants,and one of the largest up scale malls in Central America
