L’aeroport internacional de Xangai Hongqiao i l’estació de tren de Hongqiao es troben a uns 35 minuts amb cotxe. A més, a l'hotel hi ha aparcament. El club de benestar de l'hotel inclou gimnàs amb equipament d'última generació, sauna, bany de vapor, dutxes de sensacions, piscina termal, piscina infinita climatitzada de 25 m i un centre de spa. També hi ha diversos espais multifuncionals, on es poden celebrar esdeveniments per a un màxim de 150 persones.
