The bright living room invites you to unwind with a comfortable leather sofa, a 75-inch TV, as well as Netflix and Apple TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need, from basic ingredients to a coffee machine and a blender – perfect for enjoying breakfast with a lake view. The master bedroom pampers you with a king-size box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) for optimal sleep comfort, while the second bedroom offers two brand-new single box spring beds (90 x 200 cm). In the separate office area, you’ll find a computer with a printer, essential office supplies, and even an exercise bike – ideal if you want to mix work and vacation. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toiletries, a washing machine, and a dryer. An additional guest WC adds to the convenience. On the small but charming balcony with rattan furniture, you can enjoy the magnificent lake view, and smoking is permitted here.
