Nestled between the magnificent mountains of Grindelwald, Hotel Restaurant Alpina is situated above the village with views of the Eiger Mountain, being very close to the Railway Station. All rooms boast picturesque views over the mountains. They are spacious and decorated with wooden elements. The homely restaurant serves delicious French and Swiss specialities, rounded off with fine desserts. Vegetarian meals are possible. The Alpina has a large garden where you can unwind, and the rustic lounge room is a cosy place with amazing views. The area around Grindelwald offers many ski and hiking tracks as well as viewpoints like the Sonnenbalkon First, the Kleine Scheidegg or the Jungfraujoch. The impressive glacier is worth seeing. You can also explore the glacier gorge.
