Main Floor not in the basement. Entire suite and totally private unit(not a shared space). One bedroom queen bed, one double sofa bed, one bath, washer and dryer in suite, private entrance, full kitchen, dishwasher and a fully fenced yard. Close to LRT, recreation center and gym. Child and pet friendly with a pet fee. Can accommodate 4 adults maximum.
I like to have each and every guest feel special and provide them with the best hospitality possible.
The neighborhood is quiet and near an off leash dog park and LRT / Bus Station
Languages spoken: German,English,Ukrainian,Chinese
