Please note that the pool capacity is limited to 25 guests per hour. Please reserve a one-hour slot by contacting the reception, available on a first-come, first-served basis from 08:00 to 22:00. Please note that for a quieter swim, avoid Kids’ Splash Time from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
