Newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property perfect for your summer, or winter getaway! Airconditioned with fans in all bedrooms, this retreat is the ideal summer getaway. Enjoy Mandurah's beautiful summer days with a 4 minute stroll to Silver Sands beach. The property is equipped with a below ground trampoline and cubby house for the kids. Also ideal for a winter retreat, we have heating with stylish and effective indoor gasfire log heater. Cosy up in front of the heater on the lavish leather lounge suite with a good book or watching Netflix on the 65 inch television!. The house contains a fully equipped kitchen (and separate scullery) with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and toilet. The back yard is perfect for children with a built in cubby house and below ground trampoline and outdoor shower. Patio area has comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ. Bathroom contains built in bathtub and open style shower with rain head. Plenty of car parking and even room for a boat. Mounted smart TV in master bedroom. Free WiFi.
Your host Natasha lives locally to the home and is available for any questions or requests that you may have.
The property is located in the beach side suburb of Silver Sands, two streets or 200m from the beach. A few minutes stroll finds you at the pristine Silver Sands beach. Silver Sands shopping Centre is less than a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive. A less than 5 minute drive will find you in the heart of Mandurah's foreshore, or a 15-20 minute walk will also take you there. A 2 minute drive to local pubs and restaurants at the Marina.
