Excellent location close to Adelaide Oval, walking distance to the shopping precinct, opposite the Adelaide Convention Centre near to events of Adelaide Festival and The Fringe, through to the Santos Tour Down Under and Clipsal 500. Enjoy the spaciousness whilst relaxing on either of 2 private balconies enjoying the skyline of Adelaide west end. You will have option for Private 1 car parking space and get to enjoy the leisure facilities of the Cafe, indoor heated pool, sauna and full gym facilities too that the complex offers.
