The flat your are booking is located in the adjacent building of an grand old listed mansion named "Markhof" with large gardens. The flat has recently been renovated and furnished with loving care. We are looking forward hosting you as our guest in this unique and lovely setting directly beside the University of Graz. Our living motto is" Creating win win situations for everybody". We like things to be perfect for our guests and expect respectful treatment of our apartment….. Enjoy!

This completely newly refurbished - perfectly designed flat with vaulted ceiling is a combination of old and new in an 1848 listed building. Stylish design, nice pictures, warm fabrics, old farm-house style antics, lots of English books and DVDs - all tastefully put together. Nothing is missing – a comfortable cool flat to arrive, , feel at home and to relax. From the bedroom window you can see the “Markhof” one of the oldest mansions of Graz and its garden and from the living room window you can see the entrance of the University. A fitted kitchen, directly below an arch; an antique farmhouse style dining table; an old storage cupboard as wardrobe; washing machine, clothes dryer plus modern elements……we have really tried very hard to make this flat practicable, cozy with lots of flair. It offers a double bed plus convertible sofa for families with two children and if requested also a cot for babies.

University Hotspot - the Zinzendorfgasse: In just 5 minutes walking distance you will find a lot of pubs and bars catering towards students, vegetarian restaurants and nice little shops. The flat is located in the same house as a small bakery/ coffee shop. Public transport (Busroute 31) is only two walking minutes away. The University of Art and Music, the city park (Stadtpark) and the recreational area Hilmteich/Leechwald are only 10 minutes, the largest hospital (Landeskrankenhaus), the technological University and the beautiful historic city center of Graz are only 15 walking minutes away.
