Property information

Our vacation home Praschberg is located at the top of the community Niederndorferberg in Kufsteinland. It offers space for up to 10 people. The terrace with its own garden & balcony are perfect for barbecuing and lingering. While enjoying a wonderful view of the mountains. Our house was built with great attention to detail and a lot of wood craftsmanship. Surrounded by the peaks of the Tyrolean & Bavarian mountains in a beautiful secluded location you can enjoy quiet & relaxing days. Wonderful hiking & biking tours start directly from the front door. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms (double beds), a large kitchen with dishwasher & panoramic dining area, a cozy living room with tiled stove & SmartTV, separt WC and a bathroom with shower & bathtub. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (double beds), bathroom with shower & WC. Parking spaces are available. With every booking, each guest also receives the KufsteinerlandCard with great offers such as: 1 ascent and descent of the Kaiserlift including nature experience program 1 admission to the historic Kufstein Fortress 1 admission to the Fohlenhof Ebbs including museum, etc. 1 admission to the Tyrolean glassworks Riedel Kufstein Use of cross-country ski trails in Bayrischzell/Thiersee Valley Year-round activity programs and guided tours on various topics, selected public transportation in the region, as well as excursion buses, ski bus and event shuttles.
