•• Kindly note that this property only accepts families & couples. •• Pool size is 6x4m, depth is 1.6m. The pool offers complete privacy. Per RAK government regulations, it is prohibited to use the pool between 10pm to 7am. •• Absolutely no outdoor music, or loud indoor music, and parties allowed at all times, no exception! •• The number of people allowed in the villa is restricted at all times to the number of people the villa is booked for. •• To avoid cleaning charges, please leave the Villa clean and tidy with all kitchenware and dishware washed and put away and all rubbish bagged and put into bins. •• Please note that indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Violation of our indoor smoking ban and/or the presence of any smoke smell inside the villa will incur a 500 dhs fine.
