Central Backpackers Hostel - Phong Nha has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Phong Nha. The accommodation offers evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. The breakfast was great, there was lots of options to choose from. You could even request your eggs how you liked them. They even offered free BBQ on a sunday night :) The beds were comfortable and had a privacy curtain. They remade my bed every day when they cleaned the room. There was an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The water was hot and there were shampoo and body wash available. You could get a towel from reception after leaving a deposit of 50k. Would stay there again if I went to Phong Nha again :)

The contact with the owner, he speaks very good English and checks that the arrangements are well made. I booked a jungle trekking here. It was an amazing experience! The welcome was super friendly. I felt right at home. Sometimes they make a family dinner and all the guests can join! The lobby is a nice place because of the pool table. Shower was a fine Asian shower. Just ask how the hot water works.... Good value for money!
