Matini Hostel grandstation in Bang Su provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Have stayed here before. 850m from main railway station and 1.2km from Queen Sirikit Park and adjoining running and cycling track. Also close to vibrant market which hours I'm not sure of but missed it this time with my overnight stay but enjoyed it immensely with my last trip. Will remain my favorite layover when in transit for sure

The architecture, the staff, the facilities, such great value. We’re a family of 4 (2 parents + 2 adult sons). We stayed at Tamni twice on our trip — the first time we had 4 bunk beds in an 8-bed mixed dorm with shared bathrooms; on the second visit, we had a family room just for the 4 of us, with shared bathrooms. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the spaces are really well designed, with excellent access to plug points, lamps, etc. We appreciated being able to fill up our water bottles with clean drinking water from the kitchen. Also appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities, and the eggs, juice, bananas, and bread offered in the kitchen (we only realised on our last day that the breakfast foods were free for the taking). We were also grateful to be able to leave some luggage at Tamni while we were traveling elsewhere. One suggestion: it might be helpful if Tamni makes it clearer to guests what items are being offered for free — e.g., drinks and snacks in the Family Room, breakfast items in the kitchen. (It’s slightly confusing that Tamni says breakfast is not included in the room fee… but offers free DIY breakfast foods all the same :-)

Situated in Bangkok, less than 1 km from Khao San Road, LOBSUEK Hostel offers air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. This 2-star hostel offers luggage storage space. The room was bigger, comfier and more stylish than I could tell in the pictures. Loved staying there! Great and comfy bed, nice bathroom, fantastic big window and space to sit in and work. The WiFi was very strong and the rooftop was cool too. The free breakfast was abundant with pancakes, toast and fruit. The staff was so helpful too as I arrived earlier than expected. The neighbourhood is not picturesque in the classic sense but very authentic, I felt like I was a real part of Bangkok and loved sitting in the cafes by the canal. I booked three more nights there!

El Rich8 Hostel està situat a Bangkok, a menys d'1,2 km de Khao San Road, i té servei de check-in i check-out exprés, habitacions per a no fumadors, un saló compartit, WiFi gratuïta a tot arreu i un... Habitació neta i molt bona ubicació (zona molt tranquila però cèntrica). Personal amable. Sí bé és cert que l'WC era en una habitacioneta fora a part, això ens va permetre assecar la roba molla que duiem.

Very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in Bangkok. Loved the privacy of the beds. The location is also excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a really good time in this hostel. The people out there are gorgeous, lots of different nationalities and this place is perfect for meeting new travel friends. Personnel is nice. And the place itself is very comfortable to socialise.

Very nice and clean environment with modern add ons. Very comfortable bed, bedroom, bathroom and entrance hall. Loved the control panel for the lights and the very good quality of shower products. Cold drinking water available in the lunch room. Good connection with public transportation. Very good aluminium doors to prevent most of the outside noise.
