It is a nice place on the beautiful lake. We had apartment with a loft for 2 adults and 2 children and a dog. Kitchen was good equipped. I would only complain that there was no microwave. Dog cost 10 euros. Personal was dog and people friendly.

This hostel is a historic building which is quietly situated in the heart of Rostock’s historic Old Town district. It's a hostel but I was there before, and knew the 2 person bedroom with a private bathroom to be just fine. It's quiet, bang in the old town intra muros. The equipment in the joint kitchen is perfect, and the served breakfast as German as it gets.

Hermann 17 is set on the beachfront in Kühlungsborn, 4.2 km from Marina Kühlungsborn and 29 km from Neue Messe Rostock. Definetly the best value if you are trying to visit Kuhlüngsborn on a budget. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. Extremely clean, we were also suprised when we found out that our room also had a very big balcony. Very close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants in the area.
