I liked it all. The attention of the staff was excellent, the facilities were clean, comfortable and very good temperature and pressure in the showers. There was even a nice clean perfume in the corridors. The fact that it is a female-only hostel made me feel instantly comfortable and safe. The staff girls are super friendly and nice. I will definitely come back.

It's a really great place. Highly recommend! Perfect location (tube, stores, parks, restaurants all around and very close). Very kind and welcoming staff. Tasty meals (both breakfast and dinner). Green and cozy backyard. Warm and well organized room: it had everything we needed. You just should remember, that it's not the 3* or 4*star hotel, originally it is a dormitory for students. And the type of room doesn't refer to standard "hotel expectations". But if you look at the photos and read reviews carefully there will be no surprise.

First of all, thanks to the staff of this hostel who made this first journey in London memorable. Thais, Ollie, Meg, Julia, James, Larissa, Givea (and sorry in advance for the other staff members for which I didn't catch the name or met), you're all very nice and welcoming persons who try their best to help their guests which is a great quality to have in this industry. Also, even if I'm not really a party guy, I appreciated some of the activities proposed by this hostel like the free walking tours and the free dinners. James made me discover à museum in which I would have never set foot by myself for a 2-days first visit of London, but I really liked it. Also, he's been very considerate and made a little break when I was a bit tired with all the walking. Thais is a kind person and even if I only engaged in a small part of her Soho walking tour... I appreciated to talk with her especially that she knows à bit about the place in which I live. Meg is a great cook who made à delicious and original garbanzo soup (tomato chickpea soup) even if she derived from the original version (and it's not à problem... it's good to be creative). Julia made us an excellent mushroom ramen yesterday, so also a great cook... Also, even if I didn't engage in parties or drinking games, I managed to talk with people on other occasions. Really, it was a great experience. I strongly consider coming back in London and in this hostel in particular when it's possible for me to do so.

This is a great location, and the hostel doesn't really claim to be more than a cheap place to stay, which it is. There's nothing really special about it as far as hostels go - but it is clean, safe and not too noisy, which is all you really need! I stayed in a ladies only room, and there was a private bathroom and shower attached.

Great atmosphere; all staff are very friendly, keep the bathrooms and kitchen areas spotless and do their best to accommodate your needs. They also regularly organise evening events at cheap bars/clubs across London, so if you're solo-travelling, you'll have tons of opportunities to meet new people. Definitely, the best hostel I've ever stayed in; would 100% consider staying there the next time I'm in London!
