The owners are very professional, which was impressive. There are common place to chill, views are nice. They have good food, worth a try. We enjoyed the stay in sapa and mostly dined here everyday. We got a free special bracelet while checked out, I really appreciate that - however maybe better to get it while check in so that we won’t buy an extra outside lol.

Incredibly clean and nicely decorated room, such a lovely family running it too. Was amazed how much food was offered for dinner and it was delicious! Lovely view from the terrace too. Can’t fault this place at all, very good value for money and probably the nicest room I’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam.

The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond by providing extra bottles of water whenever required. The breathtaking views added to the overall experience, and we enjoyed a comfortable stay in the well-appointed room. Despite our sleeper bus arriving at midnight, the homestay staff ensured a smooth check-in process. Their assistance extended beyond, as they helped us book our bus to Hanoi and arranged a taxi seamlessly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made our journey hassle-free. A solid 10/10 experience.
