Every thing is more than our expectations from the time they picked us up from the port in Waisai. Mario is superb, he was always friendly and willing to help, he organised a ferry to send us to another homestay next to his free of charge and asked us to have the lunch before we left. As for foods, I think the foods they provided were good and delicious. The staff were very friendly too. We liked our room, the bed was wide and comfortable. House reef is one of the best, I wish that we should planed to stay longer.

Arriving here feels like paradise, the water from the rack is so clear you can see the reef & fish even from here. The owner & the stuff made me feel very welcomed and they help you organising dive or snorkel trips for the next day. I went diving on one day which was really nice. You can also rent a snorkel and explore the house reef, which is already very beautiful. I really loved the bungalow and hammock. Food was also delicious. Highly recommend staying here :) Thanks so much for everything!

Breakfast is available, and includes American, Asian and vegan options. Adin was the best host that we had during our Raja Ampat stay. He went out of his way to look after us by communicating clearly and showed us the best there was to offer in our snorkeling trips. He has put a lot of attention into his homestay and has a real attention for detail. Everything is new and the windows are a great touch to watch sunset or sunrise from bed. The location is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. There is a village a few minutes walk from the homestay with small supermarket to get snacks.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Fam, Fam Homestay is a homestay surrounded by views of the sea. The property features a private beach area, open-air bath and private parking among other facilities. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. This place looks so beautiful, the family have created such a beautiful, place with shells and driftwood decorating everything, we loved it. The food was incredible and the room was very comfy. The house reef was beautiful and we saw mantas straight from our room! Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay.

Comfy bed, very clean shower and toilet, delicious food and lots of it. The family was very welcoming. Excursions fairly priced. We’d definitely come back.

The homestay owner contactes us prior to our arrival to check if we were finding our way (they also offered a taxi pick-up at the harbour) and welcomed us with open arms. The homestay has a nice small garden where we had breakfast. The owners also helped us to arrange our taxi next morning

This guest house is allergy-free and non-smoking. The owners were extremely helpful with organizing trips, answering questions, giving advice on places to stay. The breakfasts were always delicious and varied. They were very knowledgable about the region and were well connected. They arrainged a good scooter at a fair price. A great first landing spot off of the ferry from Sorong. I have already booked my second stay when back from the outer islands to prepare for the return ferry trip. International travelers will be happy here.

You can engage in various activities, such as snorkeling and canoeing. The property offers diving facilities onsite. Closeness to nature, which is still unspoiled. Family feeling; easily to feel at home with this lovely family of four (Helga, Timon and their 2 beautiful young daughters who love to make friends). Oh, and I forgot their two sweet dogs Ringo & Dingo 🐾🐾 Owners are very helpful and speak several languages so easy to communicate with them. Internet is sometimes a bit unstable so take that into account when expecting speedy replies (sometimes it just doesn’t work and patience is a good thing to have). The food - home style cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked by the owner and her team and she is a great cook; we loved every meal which was perfectly catered to our vegetarian / pescatarian wishes) The rooms are close to nature as well, with very comfy beds (we stayed in both the smaller and the biggest family room, which easily fits 3 respectively 4 people; the 3rd bed in the smaller room has a wonderful treehouse feeling and there is a bunkbed in the biggest room). Hard to capture the beauty of the rooms in just one picture (I took several but could only post one here with my review). You can hear the sea and birds from your bedroom. It’s right next to you. No frills, just natural materials, which we loved. Also no warm water, but easily to get used to. There’s a shower and mandi style shower. Also your own toilet. Plus the blue blue sea right at your doorstep and a lovely sitting area with a hammock to complete the zen-feeling. There’s a long jetty into the sea with a perfect spot for exercise/meditation/yoga at the end. Fitness with a view! It’s quiet and feels very private. You instantly feel relaxed here. Different excursions to choose from, both on land and on/under the sea. Please note: these come at an extra cost and Raja Ampat area is not cheap!!!! Located on the beachfront in Besir, GAM BAY bungalow's features a private beach area. The property has mountain and lake views. Featuring a private entrance, the guest house allows guests to maintain their privacy. Absolutely beautiful and quiet place, great location, delicious food, and amazing snorkeling trips! Family is very kind, friendly and helpful. Bungalows are spacious and clean with large terraces. Blacktip sharks are frequent visitors, especially earlier in the morning. And there is a great sunset deck (also a spot with the best signal). I would definitely recommend this place!

T The food that had taste of love, really we travel a lot and never saw a home made food SO great. The crew took us to the best dive spots we have ever been with security and the diver was super dedicated to give us good experience. Ramdhan helped us with everything we needed and more. We never wanted to live. Finally we will miss our cat friends Puri, Puti and the others. Good location, private bathroom, excelent bed, great food, nothing to worry but enjoy.
