Best choice to give this newly registered house at booking.com! I was worried at first, but then we found out Mirador Transient Homes was catering guests thru FB for almost a year now. It was the best experience for us, and as compared to other rates, this is the best one as well. We're an avid Baguio Tourists but this one gets the crown, with all its amenities, exclusiveness, the best services as well. It doesn't seem like a transient to me, more like a blend of hotel hehe. Kudos to the team, hoping to go back soon!

The hosts were kind, they created a group chat for us to be able to ask for help when we needed it. The place was huge for a group of 8 people, they also had drinks available for us to buy and a terrace where we can cook barbecue, we had samgyupsal btw.

It was located conveniently near SM Baguio, Session Road, Cathedral and most importantly University of Baguio where my daughter competed for a national contest. The place was clean and comfortable. We saved a lot by cooking our food instead of eating out. We've been to Baguio 5 times and this is by far the best accommodation we've stayed at. Will definitely book again in the future.
