Set in Kyoto, less than 1 km from Gion Shijo Station and a 13-minute walk from Kiyomizu-dera Temple, 東山の宿 藤屋 offers air conditioning. It was one of the best and cosiest places I ever stayed. Linda really takes care that you have everything you need and you are comfortable, and provides tips to enjoy Kyoto, info about events, etc. It really felt warm and a special experience. We also took the evening tour with Lee around the Geisha neighborhoods and were glad to spot some! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kyoto.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Azukiya is a recently renovated guest house located in Kyoto, 700 metres from Shoren-in Temple. A hot tub and a bicycle rental service are available for guests.... Super agradable. L’espai i la propietaria et fan sentir com a casa! Ben situat per agafar el metro o el bus o per anar caminant fins al centre. Recomanem llogar un parell de bicis per poder arribar més lluny.

六根ゲストハウス Rokkon guest house features a hot tub and air-conditioned guest accommodation in the centre of Kyoto, 400 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum, 1.3 km from Nijo Castle and 1.4 km from... It was such a special experience, it felt authentic and personal. We loved the incredible breakfasts, and the notes with tea and snacks when we returned at the end of the day. It was so warm and cosy, and so lovely to be able to look at a pretty garden in the middle of a busy city. The location was great too - there is so much within walking distance.
