Birchwood Guest Lodge offers air-conditioned accommodation in Balmaha. Free WiFi and freee parking is available at the property. The owner welcomed me when I arrived late in the evening , tired from the west highland way, and was very kind and warm! He was helpful and patient even though it was pretty late. The room was decorated so special, and had everything I needed for a good night sleep. The shower is great. The location is close to the WHW trail and was the best choice. Very close to a pub and a coffee place. I would stay there again.

Situated next to Balloch Rail Station, Tullie Inn offers comfortable accommodation 1 mile from Alexandria town centre. We had an exceptional time at Tullie from the moment we walked in the staff were friendly and courteous. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was inclusive and the food options were enjoyable. The bar area and outside beer gardens were also great to utilise. Parking available on site and side access to accommodation area if staying out later than when the front doors are locked for the evening. Access to local tours on the Loch easy access from hotel just across the road.

On the east shore of Loch Lomond, this award-winning family-run country inn is constructed from locally quarried slate and offers a perfect tranquil location for a romantic or relaxing break. Really lovely venue. Local pub vibe but with nice cosy rooms. I stayed in one of the pods and it was warm, safe and secure with good parking outside. The restaurant on site you can book a table in is cosy and there is table ordering if your Sat outside. There is a shop and coffee shop on site as well. Very easy to locate and almost directly on the loch so you can easily start a hike from the venue out round the lake. Overall a great stay and would recommend for a get away. Fantastic staff as well, felt very looked after.

The location is perfect near by the train station, the type of room selected is enough for a family, the place is very quite and nice, there is play ground for the kids inside & outside with a lot of option. The owner of the place is very hospitable.

It’s a great location for exploring Loch Lomond and Glasgow. There are places to walk and nice little restaurants to eat in. I highly recommend.

Spotlessly clean. Close to town centre and attractions . Cathy was a very responsive host with communication and was keen to make our stay as Comfortable as possible. Offering a bar and lake view, Rowardennan Rooms in the lodge Lodge no 2 is situated in Rowardennan, 39 km from Lake of Menteith and 44 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The manager was wonderful and even arrived minutes later to resolve an issue with an overhead light that would not turn off. The shower was great with lots of water pressure and soap provided. The location is right off the West Highlands Way trail which was so nice for the walk. It is right on the water which is just beautiful. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the Clansman Pub and Restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here and the staff were friendly and attentive.
