The place was clean, cosy with all the required amenities. It has a wonderful view of the cathedral and the square. The staff are helpful, they would not come bothering you yet when you need something you find them ready to assist. The place is close to lots of interesting touristic places. It made our stay in Vienna complete. It was magical to see the Christmas atmosphere and hear Christmas carols from the window the apartment!

Un lloc tranquil en un barri residencial apartat del centre però prou ben comunicat (has de caminar 10 minuts per arribar a la parada del bus, del bus empalmes amb metro fins al centre. Tot plegat uns 30-40 minuts).

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Everything was perfect! The breakfast is excellent! Susanne (the owner) is always willing to serve you! When you visit Vienna, it's a must-stay apartment!
