Kitchen staff was very helpful and polite - could ask for fresh pancakes, toast, etc.. The bar area was very cozy with delightful music and accommodating for all including smokers. Receptionists were available 24 hours and assisted with all our requests such as arranging taxis, suggesting locations to visit, and even an umbrella on a rainy day.

Situated in a quiet area, it’s still incredibly close to the Republic Square, the National Museum of Serbia, the well-known busy Kneza Mihaila street, and the vibrant Skadarlija Street—both just a short stroll away. If you need anything, a minimarket is only a minute’s walk, making it so convenient. The hotel itself is pristine. The cleanliness was spotless throughout, which really made a difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The family room we stayed in was huge—perfect for a group or a family. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free Netflix access on the TV, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were beyond friendly, genuinely going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing recommendations or assisting with any request, their hospitality was top-notch. The 24-hour front desk service was an added bonus—they’re there whenever you need them. The kitchen is lovely and the breakfast food is good. There is a terrace where you can enjoy fresh air and a view. I like this small, boutiqe, private type of accommodation.
