We loved our stay at Shevyhaws, and would love to stay there again. Chaminda and his family are wonderful guests, they could not do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious and had everything from fruit, to toast, jams and omlettes to curry and roti and pancakes. Accommodation is a bit away from town about 2.5 km, but that was not a problem as Chaminda gave us rides to and from town at no cost, whenever we texted him. He recommended a delicious vegetarian restaurant. He organised daytrips with his 4x4 Jeep at very good prices including the Horton plains, and some tea plantations and waterfalls. The Lovers leap with it's beautiful surroundings is 15 mins walking distance from Shevyhaws. Shower wàs hot and powerful and bedroom was spotlessly clean and included warm cosy blankets for the colder nights. Would strongly recommend to anyone considering.

Very nice and friendly owners! We went on a tour to Horton Plains, everything was perfect. The room is big, the breakfast is very tasty. We also were picked up and dropped off at the railway station in Nanu Oya, very hassle free for us.

The host Rajith is very friendly and very helpful with everything (tips, excursion, train ticket, etc). Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is near to the city (5 min with tuk tuk) and quiet. We would come back.

Our stay at AGP Home was fantastic! Ajit was an excellent host — he suggested great places for us to visit and even arranged for his friend (the best tuk-tuk driver we had in Sri Lanka — extremely polite and helpful!) to take us around. Ajit was also kind enough to let us use his washing and dryer machine, which was a big help as it was cold and difficult to dry our clothes. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning, and to top it all off, Ajit personally drove us to the railway station when we were leaving. Great acceuil with tea and cake, with the best tea we had in Sri Lanka. Very cozy, nice wood smell everywhere, nice decor overall great vibe. The shower had warm water, albeit with low water pressure. Good location at the doorstep of Nuwara Eliya.

We spent a wonderful stay in Green Gregory Villa, everything was perfect ! I went there 5 years ago and was very happy to come back to this place, for so many things !! The hosts : very very nice, helpful in every thing, had good advices on activities, and they cooked delicious breakfasts and rice& curry for dinner, we definitely recommend to have these meals at their house ! The place : so lovely, just in front of tea plantations ! You will enjoy a cup of tea with a breath-taking view from the terrace, surrounded by nature sounds; a peaceful place.
