It was two floor apartment. Everything required were available. Can cook and wash clothes. Bed is the japanese style futon mattress on the tatami mat.

Its a somewhat confusing booking.com listing - basically a number of small properties run by the same provider, some are listed as whole properties when in essence you are just getting a room with shared toileting/washing facilities. That's what I did - a three person room booked for myself, presumably they would take mates sharing or also split it into dorm listings at busy times. It was very cheap, very clean (almost unbelievably so for a hostel) and as there are only 4 rooms I assume listed like mine, with two showers no great issues there. Quiet area of an interesting part of town with modern small somewhat upmarket bars and cafes along with small boutiques and other small private shops.

Hisayo-san was so kind during my stay, I stayed there for the first 7 days of my trip and knowing that I had such a nice place to arrive every day made my trip much more pleasant. The fact of being able to arrive every night with my food and being able to share with her and the other travelers is something that I will remember forever and it is perfect for those who travel alone, Hisayo will always be available in case of any need, like when she helped me contact almost half of japan to find a duffle bag of my choice, and also helping me in the process of buying a ticket for a Kpop concert that I already thought was lost, and I never felt that she was bothered to help me with that. In the last 2 days of my trip I returned since my flight left Haneda airport, which is less than 30 minutes from the hostel, which meant that I could enjoy until the last moment of the last day. I will definitely go back whenever I can. The bathroom is immaculate as is the shower and I never felt like I had to wait in the morning to use them. Hasta la vista Hisayo-san!

Very nice hosts, eager to give the best experience to their guests. Exceptional service by picking us up and supporting in handling the narrow driveway. Personally showed us the local Sakura (cherry blossoms) tunnel, which was beautiful!
