We had an absolutely wonderful time at this guest house in Bordeaux. The space was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated – stylish yet cozy. We especially loved relaxing by the swimming pool, which made our stay feel like a real getaway. A special thank you to Sylvain, who went above and beyond by sending us local recommendations before our arrival. Thanks to him, we booked an unforgettable gourmet experience that was one of the highlights of our trip.

was worried about the check in given complicated instructions but it was an absolute breeze. the room was gorgeously decorated and wonderfully clean. we didn’t use the shared kitchen and living room but they looked great too.

Wow. This may have been the best boutique hotel experience we’ve ever had. Nearly everything was perfect and there are so many additional details that made this place stand out for us. First, the location. It’s situated perfectly as a stone’s throw distance from Bordeaux’ Grosse Cloche. All the sights are within walking distance as are so many restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The square outside our window got a little bit loud on a Friday evening but the night was quiet and with the windows closed you don’t hear noise from the streets. The hosts very friendly and communicative via WhatsApp and in real life. No question or request was too much for them. The room is beautifully designed and decorated with gorgeous details and nice little extras like games, adapters for your devices, a little speaker set, a period box including a black towel (genius), a set of post cards that they will stamp and send for you after you write them, and every night a bag of fresh cannelés. So delicious and a nice added touch. Breakfast can be served on the terrace, in the downstairs common space or in your room at your time of choice. It was delicious and very sufficient, with fresh croissants and baguette every morning. Nice shower products too that smelled very good. Big fluffy towels. We could store our bags after checkout to pick them up later in the day. There were also umbrellas complimentary to use. I feel like the owners of this place must have traveled extensively because they seem to know exactly what a hotel guest needs. They provide all that and beyond. Truly exceptional and wholeheartedly recommended.

Doesn’t matter how much I write, it won’t be enough to describe how amazing this accommodation is. Just come and see for yourself! Considering the reviews, expected a great breakfast, but it was just perfect! I liked everything about it and the presentation is “wow”! Upon arrival there were also complimentary drinks in the fridge. And the details like scented oils on the shelve or little candies on the tables became a chef's kiss, loved it! Communication with accommodation was also great and conscise. Thanks owners a lot for all the effort to make our stay as wonderful as possible ❤️ Enjoyed it a lot and cannot recommend enough!

A very special decor that made it feel classy and well thought out. Beautiful old building, very well kept. Lovely location in the midst of Chartrons. Easy access and felt very safe.
