Room is 10 square metres. Room is a barrel Set 17 km from Le Haut Koenigsbourg Castle, Le Refuge du Rempart features accommodation in Dambach-la-Ville with access to a sauna. A very welcome haven after a long day's walk. This place is outstanding. We had the room right next to the ramparts, so close we could touch them. The best hosts ever. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet, and creative. Excellent breakfast. Wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended.

The hosts greeted us kindly and showed us around the place upon arrival. The animals on the property are lovely too- Horses, dogs, chickens, frogs and a very sweet cat to name a few. The location is great, not only is it near Strasbourg but the beautiful Vosges mountains can be easily visited by car too! Thank you very much for our time here :)
