Canadian family of four, needing a break (and fresh air) from Bangkok. We had a wonderful time at the Vala and felt welcomed from the second we arrived. I had sent a text ahead of time indicating that I had to follow a very complicated and strict medical diet due to cancer complications. The minute we arrived to our room, a staff member (P’Jib) from the restaurant came to see us and seek details about the diet. I was told that they would absolutely accommodate and they did, for 3 meals a day during the entire stay. The food was wonderful and I felt welcomed by all staff the entire time. To think that I had almost cancelled the trip because of this strict diet, assuming that the hotel would not want or be able to cater to this added complications. This place is a gem, so is P’Jib (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) and all the staff at the restaurant, the reception desk and the cleaning crew. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to see P’Jib on our final day there in order to hug her one more time and let her know how much her kindness meant to me, (it was more than about the great food), and that her level of empathy for the difficult health journey I was on had been a breath of fresh air.

Great location right by the beach. Clean, lovely service. Felt like had the whole place to ourselves. Spa was good too, wish stayed there longer to explore more options

Das Dusit Thani Hua Hin mit Blick auf den Golf von Thailand liegt an der Westküste Thailands, nur wenige Schritte von einem eigenen Strand entfernt. The staff is very sweet and polite. The property is absolutely beautiful and the food is delicious. It is a must saty :)

Located in the coastal town of Cha-Am, SO Sofitel Hua Hin is a luxurious beachside resort offering 5-star facilities including a pool with sea views and rooms designed to be personal retreats. The most impressive breakfast line ever! 🩷🫶🏻 most of everything I had was superbly delicious with great sight of pool and sea, especially the grilled pork sticky rice! Omg I could have five 🥹 The room I got was huuuge! Had a very comfortable rest as I didn’t even want to wake up also could request for more water, which was a great plus as I drink a lot.

Das Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin - Cha Am genießt eine malerische Lage an einem großen eigenen Strand und verfügt über einen schönen Infinity-Pool mit sehr viel Platz zum Sonnenbaden. The room we had was massive, very clean, modern & quiet. The hotel in general was very spacious, the breakfast had lots of variety & was very nice. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The pool was lovely & right on the beach. The beach was quiet & the sea was clear & calm. Massage & restaurants on the beach a short walk away. Could easily get cheap taxis into Cha Am & Hua Hin if you wanted a bit more nightlife & both have lovely beaches. Two water parks in Hua Hin to visit.
