This hotel was such a wonderful escape and surprise!The room was large with a tub area in addition to a n oversized shower in the bathroom. The bed was great and the room was beautifully decorated and overlooking nature There was a lovely bar outside with a terrasse that was very relaxing and surrounded by nature. The spa area was lovely as well, although we did not get a massage. It was a bit too cold for the beach, but the grounds of the property were so beautiful. They have several daybeds, a garden with lemon trees, and direct access to the beach. We checked in at 1am and the hotel ensured that there was a staff member available to check us in and walk us to our rooms. This was such a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an escape in the south of france!

I have stayed in many chateaux, but this was truly the best. The history and ambience were kept with beautiful, comfortable rooms. I wish I had more time to explore the stunning gardens and use more of the facilities. We ate in the bistro and enjoyed that too.

An incredible beautiful old boutique hotel adjacent to a well-preserved medieval abbey. The restaurant is phenomenal and they gave a large garden where they grow their own vegetables and herbs. Ask for the Charles De Gaulle room. Staff is over the top welcoming and helpful. Great stopover if traveling between Côte d’Azur and Provence.
