Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

Even the breakfast buffet team paid close attention to my preferences, making each morning feel personally tailored. It truly felt as though my comfort was their highest priority. I don’t usually gravitate toward anything with a classic or antique style, often finding the drapery and detailing a bit overwhelming. But this hotel proved me completely wrong. From the polished dark wood to the impeccably maintained linen, every element was tastefully curated and beautifully executed. Thank you for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

The UN headquarters, the financial district and the Rue du Rhone can be reached in a short walk. They were so nice! Had a beautiful display of wine and macaroons set up for our Anniversary when we arrived! We had an Incredible view! Room service was Amazing and quick and the food was Exceptional!
