The hotel combines details of the original 17th-century residence with modern amenities. Each Hotel de Toiras room is air-conditioned and decorated with antique furnishings. The rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout. From the moment we arrived to our departure, the staff was extremely warm and friendly. The hotel is perfectly located on the harbor and we had a splendid view of the harbor from our windows. The room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, including the terrific mattress for a good night's sleep. It had a nice sitting area for reading and watching the news. The bathroom was large and supplied with Chopard amenities. The adjacent restaurant George's serves a very nice breakfast and a wonderful dinner.

Our HR Beach La Brasserie offers a wide range of dishes, land and sea, concocted by Chef Adrien FORMICA, keen to promote the products of the Île de Ré.

A beautiful seafood menu is available with magnificent seafood platters, prepared and composed by our oyster chef. Hotel and staff are great. Spa was a highlight with Sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge and salt water pool. Dined in the hotel restaurant on the final night and the food was amazing. Located right beside the beach and a short walk from La Flotte.

A continental- or American-style breakfast is available daily at Villa Clarisse & Spa by Olivier Claire at an additional cost. Guests can also have a tea with homemade pastries in the tearoom, and for evening meals, discover the local restaurants. The property has a butler service and rooms also have an honesty bar. Excellent location, on a beautiful, quiet street just a two minute walk from the port.
