Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Matamata Country B&B is set in Matamata. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Everything. Very nice, modern, well furnished and equiped apartment with nice kitchen and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, fresh home made bread, house eggs, home made jogurt was fabulous and fruits from the garden, milk and orange juice was on the fridge and home made cookies were absolutely delicious. I’m coffee lover so I appreciated nesspresso machine with milk steamer (fresh milk was available in the fridge ). I was also very nicely suprised with dyson hairdryer which you can’t see even in the most luxurious hotel. Moreover Kylie (host) was very nice, let our dauther to play in their garden, she let her feed her chickens and ship and let us to take some fruits from her garden. We stayed just for one night, but it was great stay and when we’ll come back to New Zealand we’ll definitely stay here again. Absolutely recommend Matamata country B&B 👍

Featuring mountain views, Mohaonui Farmstay features accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 23 km from Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. Peaceful. Charming. Beautiful garden. Well furnished. Hosts were very welcoming. Delicious breakfast.

Kohanga Farmstead is situated in Te Kohanga and offers a shared lounge. This farm stay has a garden and free private parking. Outdoor seating is also available at the farm stay. Every aspect of this homestay is absolutely lovely. The home has beautiful interior decor and the hosts are so welcoming and accommodating. Take the time to appreciate the beautiful aspects of their home, and have you feel like this is a home away from home for their guests. Great facilities, nice and private and only about 10-12 minutes from Tuakau it's a great location to stay. If you are fortunate enough to be offered a traditional Indian tea to drink I highly recommend saying yes.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Hunts Farm - Te Kūiti is situated in Te Kuiti. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. This was the best property we stayed in on our 2 week road trip around Nth Island of NZ. And we stayed at some posh places (5 Star, etc.). Blown away with this farm stay. Such a lovely people. Great accommodation with every amenity. So peaceful and relaxing. If you're visiting Waitomo caves of anywhere in the area - Stay here. It's beautiful

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Port Waikato, Te Karaka Lodge is a farm stay surrounded by views of the mountain. From the moment I arrived, I felt like an honorary guest. Danielle and Aaron were extremely gracious hosts. Fabulous facilities. The chef and his team prepared an amazing feast using only the best local ingredients. This was by far the one of the best experiences I've had in all my travels around the world. Kudo to The Karaka Lodge for their organization and delivery.

Situated in Waihi in the Waikato region, Waihi Gold Alpacas 1 or 2 people has a balcony. Boasting private check-in and check-out, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Joanne and Neil are incredible hosts! We stayed for three nights, and honestly, we would have loved to stay longer. They own a little slice of heaven and are so generous in sharing it with others. If you love animals and nature, this is the perfect spot for you. Every morning, we had the pleasure of feeding the Alpacas and Goats. We also got to meet Bear, the official welcoming dog, and even had a chance to feed the goldfish. It’s truly an amazing place to visit! Everything you need is right there. The cabins are clean and tidy, and it’s clear that Joanne and Neil genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and enjoyment. We even took advantage of the BBQ a couple of nights, relaxing under the open skies filled with stars—such a delightful experience. Thank you Joanne and Neil, we are more than happy with how this little trip went. Javiera will miss to see the Alpacas every day.

Boasting river views, The Loft at Te Kumi Tirohanga provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 17 km from Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. Lovely friendly hosts that communicated well and provided us with excellent driving instructions to find the location. We loved that the Loft was warm and cozy and had all the comforts we needed while away from home. We were touched by the home made brownie snack left in the kitchen for us. We felt very welcomed on the farm and enjoyed our short stay very much.

Set on acreage with an operating vineyard and olive grove, Streamblock offers accommodation in Kuratau, next to Lake Taupo. The slopes of Mount Ruapehu are a 30-minute drive from the property. The space and the location was amazing for our group and everyone enjoyed the facilities around. Lot of rabbits running around in the vineyard. The equipments in kitchen and the rooms along with the linen was great. Would definitely stay here again.
