Excellent breakfast with lots of fruits and home baked pastries! Lovely rooms, bed was very comfortable. Close to the wonderful beach. 5 minutes by car. We highly recommend this peaceful place! We come back.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Villa Paladini provides accommodation with an infinity pool and free WiFi. I must confirm everything said about Antonella and her property, she decorated beautifully, the room are so comfortable and the jacuzzi was a great idea. She replied to our requests fast and in the morning while enjoying the lovely breakfast we got to chat a bit more with her. I hope to be back in summer to enjoy the pool. Finally she was very helpful with a toll ,(biglieto) we got in the trip and didn't know how to pay. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We just loved the place and the hosts made our stay extra special. Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a treat with freshly baked bread every morning. Both Anna and Fabrizio (the hosts) are very knowledgeable about the area and they gave us excellent recommendations about what to see and do. After a day exploring the region, dinner at the restaurant was simply idyllic with mouthwatering dishes to die for. Can't wait to return.

The place feels like a little corner of paradise, surrounded by greenery. It’s very comfortable and spotless, beautiful both inside and out. The host is friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is decorated with so much love and care — it’s truly charming. Next time we would love to stay for several nights instead of just one.

Set within 43 km of Duomo Orvieto and 50 km of Vallelunga, Agriturismo Poggio Degli Ulivi offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Bomarzo. Excellent hotel on a beautiful little olive tree farm. The property looks even better in person than photos. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, it feels like a 1 bedroom apartment and has tons of natural light and great views overlooking the farm. No “farm smells” or sounds, all the actual work and equipment is kept far out of sight/smell/sound from the cottages. 4-5 little dogs live on the property that are very well trained and will only approach you if you ask. Otherwise they just lay in the shade and wiggle their tail as you walk by. WiFi was solid and so was the normal cell phone reception. Beds were comfy and the air conditioning was strong.

An amazing breakfast with delicious homemade treats! Very friendly, welcoming and cheerful host that recommended what is worth seeing around. Great location right by the lovely Bolsena and within a walikng distance from the lake. Large, very clean and nice room.

Antonio was a wonderful and generous host. It was absolutely incredible to be surrounded by 500 year old chestnut trees. A magical stay.

Situated within 49 km of Duomo Orvieto and 35 km of Cascate del Mulino Thermal Springs, Il Podere di Marfisa features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Farnese. An exceptionall place in the middle of nature, very quiet, true relaxation. Everything was very nice, we regretted our short one day staying but, next time we'll have definitely longer booking 😀. Great wines produced in place are completing the services and cute Spa is also added value for the structure. Great job, hidden gem in Lazio region.
