The installations are new and quite nice. The shower one of the best that I had in quite sometime. The bathroom is big and quite comfortable and had a washing machine. It has a air conditioner. The bed is queen and confortable ( maybe a bit too soft for my taste, but It didn’t bother me). The kitchen (for all the guests) is good, with all the equipment that you need.

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. A real heaven on earth - we loved every second there. Especially the breakfast and the view from up there is a 10/10.🥰 On the pictures, the rooms look a bit confining, but this is absolutely not the case (for reference, I am 1.87 meters tall).
