I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere. I also loved the little touches — from the cozy lobby to the attention to detail in the service. The family room was outstanding, very comfortable, and clean. Staff was extremely helpful, breakfast very very good and the location could not be better, just a few steps from piazza spagna and villa borghese. We will surely repeat next time we are in Rome

The location was perfect, in an interesting neighbourhood, easily connected by public transport. On sundays, there ia a pop-up vintage market on the street right outside of the door. It was very lively and vibrant, so you might wake up from the noise, but we actually did not mind it.

From the moment we walked into Umitla 36 we knew we were in for something special. From service at the door, to attentive check-in, to the table treats- this place was very high-quality. This was a splurge for us but lived up to all our expectations. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was a plus for our family. Breakfast was over-the-top with a huge array of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and more. Service couldn't have been more positive. We were given great suggestions for local restaurants as well as ones in Trastevere. Calling a cab or a driver to the airport was a snap thanks to the care and kindness of the front desk. Can we stay longer, please?

The apartment was very clean, cozy and I would say even fancy. However, price was not high compare with other hotels. Beautiful bathroom, nice view from the room to small local street, which makes you feel as you are in the middle of Italians daily life.All needed facilities were there. We had to stay in the room all day, as we came from the hospital and my son told me that he felt as at home♥️So strongly recommend this hotel and it doesn’t matter if you are in Rome for business, holiday or just driving through. In this hotel you will find real soul of Italy.
