- location (5 min from train station to Rome), market and restaurants literally one minute from apartment - the place - in the very old centre and next to the castle - apartment itself, really nice and authentic, exactly like on pictures, very good equipped - comfortable beds (with a bit harder mattress, which I like :-) ) - and last but not at least very nice, always smiling and helpful owner

Fully stocked, had everything you could want. Simone, the host, was incredible from the start to finish. He was gracious enough to let us drop our bags off before check in so we could go explore as well as let us check out a tad later to accommodate our flight time.

We chose this apartment based on cost and location. We often visit Rome and knew of Ostia Antica. The apartment was great for the week we stayed. The kitchen, bedroom, living room and the outside space are all excellent. We used the washing machine as well. There is free parking in the nearby streets, and plenty of nice bars and a couple of restaurants. The apartment is in a new build and is very modern. The main road to Ostia, the airport or Rome is very close by. The metro is a 10 minute walk away. There is a supermarket beneath the apartment block which is very helpful. Sara communicated really well with us.

I have to come to Rome for 1-2 days almost every week and it was my first time staying here. It has a wonderful ambiance, the house is very clean, the surroundings are very calm. They have created a wonderful living space in nature. Everything you will need in the house has been thought of. The common areas are very tidy and hygienic. The rooms are spotless. The owner Paolo is an incredibly sweet person, helpful, smiling and friendly. It is an ideal place to take long walks and spend time in the serenity. If you are looking for a place to stay before or after your flight,or if you want to have a holiday with your friends, or if you come over for a job interview or exams, you can choose it without hesitation. It is far from the city center, it may be a little difficult for public transportation in terms of tourism, but if you have a car, you should stay here. After visiting the wonderful ancient Rome, a rest in nature would be awesome at all! Thank you very much for everything. See you again.

Everything! Its an amazing location close to ruins and historic church. It also has a todis 5 mins for groceries and the trainstation that connects you to any tourist location. The apartment is large enough for a family of 4 or 5 and has super fast wifi connection.
